Distiller at Domaine Privé Cognac. Founder of StilltheOne and a pioneer of New York State distilling. Former President and Master Distiller of Copal Tree, Belize. Internationally award-winning distiller.

Head Brewer

Born in Hà Tĩnh province into a rice liquor-distilling family. Bachelor of Food Technology from Vietnam National University of Agriculture. The first female head brewer in Vietnam.

Engineer by training. Founder of the Ho Chi Minh Whisky Club. Principal systems engineer and quality control lead in the US and Vietnam. Consultant and investor.
